Drain Inspection Services
Drain inspection these days is easy. Gone are the days clients would call plumbers to locate a leak or blockage in the sewage system, and the plumbers would excavate a chunk of the property to do so.
These days, sewage pipe inspection, cleaning and repair is carried out with a handful of small sized equipment, operated by trained technicians who know how to go about modern-day drain inspection.
If you’re in the Jupiter, Florida area, then we at Miranda Plumbing & Air Conditioning fit the bill.
Professional Drain Inspection
We have skilled technicians who will respond to your request for an inspection or a quotation within 24 hours. They will come to your residence in a well equipped vehicle and will discuss the problem and its possible solutions with you.
After going over all the details with you, they will work to pinpoint the exact location of the problem, and once located, they will move on to inspecting the drain from where the problem is arising.
A sewage line could leak because of a crack or a hole in the pipe itself, or because domestic waste has accumulated in the pipe or even because a root ball has formed within the pipe.
While we do offer the traditional way of drain inspection, which includes digging up of large areas of your property, the newer system of video inspection is the most non-destructive, fast and economical way of inspecting drains. We own the latest industry detection equipment, which also makes us cheaper than some companies who hire third-party contractors for the equipment.
One of our technicians present on-site will dig a small hole to insert a powerful camera into the sewage system. Mounted on a flexible tube with an HD light, the camera transmits clear, well-lit images to a monitor above ground.
The camera also has a gyroscope attached to it to maintain proper orientation at all times. The gyroscope ensures the camera is showing the correct position of the sewage pipes, which makes it easy to mark the exact location of the problem.
If the sewage pipeline is long, a technician sends a remote-controlled tractor through the pipes with the camera mounted on it. Once the inspection is over, the technician handling the vehicle brings it to the small hole it was sent down from and then reels it in.
Don’t Wait Any Longer
Our trained technicians monitor images transmitted by the camera, and they can see where the problem is. A drain inspection could reveal one of many problems including cracks or holes in the pipe itself, dislocation of the pipe from a joint or blockage caused by accumulated household waste.
Finding and fixing these problems is all in a day’s work for our team. If you have a sewage problem, contact Miranda Plumbing & Air Conditioning and rest assured you’re getting the most detailed pipe inspection and further on, economical and long-lasting pipe repairs.
